Otegbeye Vows Not To Step Down For Any Candidate, Days To March 18 Polls

The Ogun state ADC governorship candidate, Barrister Biyi Otegbeye, has ruled out stepping down for any candidate, four days to the govenorship poll on Saturday.

Otegbeye said stepping down or merging with any other political party at this stage of his campaign would not be meaningful.

The ADC candidate stated this, at a media parley with newsmen organized by the state brach of the nigeria union of journalists at Iwe Iroyin, Oke Ilewo, Abeokuta

Otegbeye explained that even if there would be any alliance or merger with any other parties, he would not step down for any candidate.

He dismissed speculations in the social media that he may step down for the PDP candidate, honorable Ladi Adebutu.

According to Otegbeye, himself, adebutu and other candidates would have to slug it out in the saturday’s poll.
