NDLES Arrests Suspected Female Drug Trafficker in Ogun State

Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLES) have arrested a female drug trafficking suspect in Ogun State.

The 35 year old suspect, Bilikisu Salako, was arrested by the operatives at Ifo, Near Abeokuta, on Saturday.

NDLEA spokesman, Femi Babafemi, said the operatives caught her with 108 kilogrammes of marijuana.

Also, NDLEA detected banned drugs in the soles of ladies’ high heel shoes at Murtala Mohammed international airport, Ikeja, in Lagos.

Babafemi said 2.9 kilogrammes of skunk and 14.9 kilogrammes of methamphetamine were found by NDLEA operatives in shoes’ high heel, and bags of semovita.

He said they were parts of consignment of a courier company being flown to Dubai.
