Afenifere, in a statement by its organizing secretary, Abagun Kole Omololu, on Tuesday in Akure, accused the state APC executive committee of taking side in the dispute, thereby deepening the division in the rank of elected apc leaders in the state.

It criticized the executive committee over the language it used in its statement on Monday, in responding to an interview which Daniel granted a newspaper last Saturday on his cold war with the governor.

Afenifere said if the executive committee lacks the capacity for a peaceful co-existence among its leaders, it should stop complicating the differences among them.
