71 Year Old Man And Son Arraigned For Biting Off Woman’s Nose

71 year old man , Clifford Udouko, and his son, Ekonem, have been arraigned before an Ota Magistrate Court in Ogun State, for allegedly  biting off the nose of a woman.

The police prosecutor, Inspector E. Adaraloye, told the court that  the accused and others at large, committed the offence at 5, Ariyo street, Lafenwa at  Itele in Ota.

The prosecutor said they assaulted and bite off the nose of one Daramola Olawunmi.

Magistrate A. Adeyemi granted both accused to a bail in the sum of N200,000, with one surety in like sum.

The magistrate ruled that the surety must be a resident of Ota, gainfully employed with an evidence of tax payment.

She adjourned the case to July 24.
