WAEC To May, June 2023 SSCE Candidates Start Online Printing of Their Certificates

West African Examination Council (WAEC) says the certificates of candidates who write the May/June 2023 senior secondary school certificate examination (SSCE) are ready.

The examination body directed them to start printing out the digital copies of the certificates alongside their statement of results.

WAEC head of national office, Patrick Areghan, addressing a news conference in Lagos, said the they would later receive the hard copies of the certificates from their respective schools for collection.

A total of one million, 613 thousand and 733 wrote the examination, out of which one million, 287 thousand and 920 scored credits and above in the mandatory five subjects.

Areghan explained that candidates are expected to pay a token fee for the digital printing of the certificates.
