Former Governor Adams Oshiomhole has ruled out the return of the State Deputy Governor, Phillip Shuaib, from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressive Congress (APC).

Oshiomhole, now a Senator, said the APC was not a rehabilitation centre for failed politicians in the state.

He spoke amidst allegation by Governor Godwin Obaseki that Shuaib was plotting to defect to the APC, to pick the 2023 governorship ticket of the party.

The Deputy Governor had already dragged Obaseki to court to stop the alleged plot to impeach him through the state house of assembly.
