Final Year Varsity Student Commits Suicide In Kebbi

A final year student of the Federal University, Kashere in Gombe State, has committed suicide in Kebbi State.

The student identified as Nalkur Lar, climbed a tree and hung himself at Santuraki area of Kashere town Wednesday night.

The student in a letter he wrote before his death, said he was fed up with life.

He complained that his father is a millionaire, but he could not afford a N50,000 smart phone.

The student who is of faculty of education also said he owed several people, and did not know how to pay them.

Spokesman of the institution, Suleiman Ahmed confirmed the incident, adding that it was being investigated.
