Flying Eagles Intensify Training at Abuja Camp under Ladan Bosso

In a bid to soar to glory at the upcoming 2023 all-Africa Games, Nigeria’s flying Eagles have intensified their preparations at the training camp in Abuja, under their Head Coach Ladan Bosso.

A squad of 18 players is expected to represent Nigeria at the event, with the initial roster comprising 30 players currently undergoing rigorous training.

The 2023 all-African games will see nine teams vying for glory, including hosts Ghana, Benin, Congo, Gambia, Nigeria, Senegal, Tunisia, South Sudan, and Uganda.

The competition unfolds in two groups, with Ghana, Benin, Gambia, and Congo comprising Group A, while Group B features Nigeria, Senegal, Tunisia, Uganda, and South Sudan.

In the group stage, only the top two teams from each group will secure a spot in the semifinals.

Nigeria’s flying Eagles are set to face Uganda on March 8, followed by clashes with South Sudan on March 10, Senegal on March 12, and Tunisia on March 14 to complete their group-stage fixtures.
