Roberto Has not Ruled Out the Possibility of Osimhen Leaving Napoli Next Summer

Victor Osimhen agent, Roberto Calenda, has refused to shut the door on the super eagle’s striker leaving Napoli next summer.

Osimhen inked a year extension on his contract at the weekend, ending a long-drawn back and forth between him and the club since the summer.

Napoli would be glad to keep the reigning Africa player of the year until the end of the 2025/2026 season.

Osimhen, however, remains one of the most sought-after strikers in the world, and he continues to be linked with English premier league giants Chelsea and arsenal.

Paris Saint Germain and Saudi Arabia’s Al Nassr reportedly made offers for Osimhen last summer and could be back again in another six months.

The Italian representative, hints that nothing is set in stone and a discussion with the Napoli owner next summer would reveal Osimhen’s next move.

The 24-year-old was linked with a move away from Napoli in the summer.

The Serie A champions also turned down a massive offer from Saudi Arabia for the forward.

Calenda said Osimhen’s main priority was to take Napoli to the top.

I’ve heard that I didn’t want him to renew and that I’d rather take him elsewhere. It’s the usual blame game. It wasn’t true. I represent Victor and I want what’s best for him. We’ve both wanted a renewal since the summer, Calenda told Ii Corriello Dello Sport.

Last summer, plenty of offers arrived, some monstrous ones, but De Laurentiis wanted to keep Victor and we made ourselves available. If we wanted to leave, we would have said so.
