The security agency asked the court to remand the suspects in a custodial centre for 30 days, pending the determination of the suit.<\/p>\n

The chief magistrate M. Sonbajo granted application to remand the suspects. He adjourned hearing till April 17 for the further instructions from the security agency.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, The Ogun State High Court will go on the 2023 Easter Vacation as from April 6. The court will resume on April 21, 2023.<\/p>\n

Normal court sitting will resume on April 24, 2023. The state chief judge, Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu announced this in a notice issued by the acting chief registrar of the State High Court, Mr a Ojikutu.<\/p>\n

She said that trial of civil actions would be discontinued within the period of the vacation.<\/p>\n
