WAEC Launches Digital Certificate

The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has launched a digital version of its certificates.

Head of the WAEC National office in Nigeria, Patrick Areghan, launched the digital certificates on Thursday in Lagos.

Areghan said the digital certificate is part of ongoing moves by the examination body to meet the global standard, with the adoption of cutting edge technologies.

The examination body conducted several examinations, including the General Certificate of Education (GCE) and the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination.
