UK Council Says 7,000 Nigerian Nurses Enters The Country Since March 2021
The Nursing and Midwifery Council of the UK has alerted over the influx of Nigerian nurses and midwives into the UK.
According to the council, most of the Nigerian trained nurses arriving in the UK are below thirty years of age.

In another development, the National Association of Resident Doctors says about 4,000 of its members are set to leave Nigeria.
The association president, Doctor Emeka Orji, said an average of 100 and 160 resident doctors are leaving the country every month.
