The APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, and Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state are reportedly meeting in London.
An online publication, the cable, quoting sources, had earlier reported that Wike, who is a PDP state governor, travelled out of Nigeria on Monday for the meeting with the APC presidential candidate in Paris, the French capital.
But reports in the dailies said the meeting was taking place in London.
According to the latest reports, other PDP leaders attending the meeting were Governors Seyi Makinde, Samuel Ortom, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, and Okezie Ikpeazu.
Some other PDP leaders were also said to be attending the meeting.

Also at the meeting were governors of Lagos and Ekiti states.
It would be recalled that a report which was promptly dismissed recently claimed that Wike during his recent visit to Turkey, had travelled to France to meet Tinubu in Paris.
Since then, Wike met Lagos, Ekiti, and ondo state governors last July 8 at his private residence in Port Harcourt.
He later invited several APC leaders, including Lagos state governor to commission projects in Rivers state.
Wike had been at loggerheads with the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar since the party’s presidential primaries in which he participated and lost.
PDP leaders are at the moment making frantic moves to reconcile Wike with Atiku before the taking off of the party’s presidential campaign, ahead of the 2023 polls.
