Tinubu Says He Has Forgiven Osinbajo, Bears No Grudge Against Him

The APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, says he is not nursing any form of grudge against Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, who contested against him for the party’s presidential ticket.

According to Tinubu, he had forgiven the Vice President, because as a human being, he also seeks forgiveness from God.

He spoke on the issue during a meeting with Pro-Osinbajo Support Group in Kano.

Tinubu told the group leaders, that since he emerged as the APC presidential candidate, he had visited Osinbajo at his home, and they also met during the last ministerial retreat presided over by Presidential Buhari recently.

He indicated his readiness to work with the Pro-Osinbajo Support Group ahead of the 2023 polls.

Earlier, coordinator of the drone support group, Alwan Hassan, had told Tinubu that they want to see more of public meeting between him and Osinbajo, ahead of the poll.

They also urge Tinubu to work with Osinbajo and other presidential aspirants who contested against him during the APC presidential primaries.
