Sultan Led JNI Says Nigeria Heading to Unknown Destination

North apex Muslim body, the Jamat Nasir-Islam (JNI) has warned that Nigeria is heading to an unknown destination with the escalating security situation.

The JNI, headed by the sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Saad Abubakar says it is worried that bandits and terrorists are becoming bolder daily by operating in any area of their choice.

The organization, in a statement by its secretary general, Doctor Khalid Aliyu, on Monday, said it was becoming more worrisome that terrorists and bandits at times operated for eight hours without being challenged by security forces.
