A steel firm, African industries group, plans to invest $500 million in Ogun State.
The company is into steel and aluminium production.

The group chairman, Raj Gupta, announced the proposed multi-million dollar investment while speaking to newsmen after a meeting with Governor Dapo Abiodun at the governor’s office, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta.
Gupta said the steel firm intends to employ 5,000 persons in the state through the proposed $500 million investment.
He told newsmen that his group was impressed with the level of infrastructural development in the state.
