A governorship aspirant in Ogun state, Otunba Segun Sowunmi, has vowed to clinch the ticket of the party for the state governorship poll in the PDP primaries.
Sowunmi promised to defeat one of his rivals, Chief Oladipupo Adebutu, during the PDP primaries like a baby.

The aspirant, hosting newsmen to an Iftar breaking of fast in Abeokuta, said it would be a disaster if any of the two PDP governorship aspirants, Otunba Jimi Lawal and Adebutu, win the PDP ticket.
He alleged that one of the governorship aspirants has hijacked the State Executive Committee of the PDP, adding that he has written a letter to the PDP national working committee to complain about the hijacking of the committee by one of the aspirants.
