Peter Obi Suspends Campaign, Asks Tinubu, Atiku To Follow Suit
Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has announced the suspension of his ongoing electioneering campaign.
Obi says he is putting the electioneering campaign on hold due to the flooding in parts of the country.
He announced this during a visit to Governor Samuel Ortom at the Benue State Government House, Makurdi, on Wednesday.
Obi who promised to use the period of the campaign suspension to visit the flood victims, asks his counterparts in the presidential race, Atiku Abubakar of the PDP and Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the APC, to follow suit.

Already, Atiku has traveled out of the country, forcing the suspension of his ongoing electioneering campaign.
For Tinubu, the tampering with the presidential campaign council has been delaying the take-off of the APC presidential electioneering campaign.
