The PDP has instituted a suit at a Federal High Court, Abuja, seeking the disqualification of all the APC candidates from the 2023 polls.

The party in a suit filed on its behalf by a Senior Advocate, Ayo Ajibola, also wants the court to sack the APC National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu from his position.

According to the suit, the election of the APC National Chairman, and the party’s candidates violates the provisions of the Electoral Act 2022 and the 1999 constitution.

Justice Inyang Ekwo had foxed November 23 for mentioning of the case, while the PDP had been directed to notify all 53 defendants in the suit.
