The spokesman of Ogun state police command, Superintendent Abimbola Oyeyemi has been decorated with his new rank.

Abimbola was decorated with the new rank by the state police commissioner, Lanre Bankole, along with six other newly promoted senior officers in the command.

Other newly promoted officers decorated with their new ranks are Obe Saibu, Bode Omolade, Kamorudeen Olabisi, Ayegbede John, and Shifau Oluwatogun.

The commissioner said they were promoted for their hard work and due diligence in their assignments.

Oyeyemi, speaking on behalf of other officers thanked the inspector general of police, Usman Baba for considering them worthy of being considered for promotion.
