Oyetola Refutes Adeleke’s Claim Of Looting Of Osun Government House

Former Governor Gboyega Oyetola has refuted claims of the Adeleke administration that he looted the Osun State Government House in Osogbo.

He cautioned Governor Ademola Adeleke to stop playing politics over the issue.

The immediate past governor who departed the government house on November 26, said he left all items intact in the complex.

Oyetola in a statement by his media aide, Ismail Omipidan, recalled that officers of Department of the State Service (DSS), attached to him and Governor Adeleke took an inventory of items in the government house before he left and confirmed that everything was intact.

He also recalled that Adeleke and the PDP leaders held an inauguration party in the government house last November 27, and never complained of any missing items.

The former governor said he was shocked that Adeleke administration 72 hours after it held inauguration party in the government house started complaining of missing items from the complex.

Last week, Adeleke administration had accused top officials of the Oyetola administration of looting their official residences.
