Ogun Man Allegedly Defile 13 Year Old Step Daughter

Police in Ogun State are holding a 40 year old man, who allegedly defiled his 13 year old step daughter at Owode Yewa axis of the state.

The suspect, Taofeek Sulaiiman was reported by the mother of the girl to the Owode Yewa Police Divisional Headquarters.

The mother claims that her daughter informed her that her step father had been having an illegal carnal knowledge of her since last October 14.

According to her, the suspect threatened to kill the girl if she told anyone of the sexual incidents.

Spokesman of the State Police Command, Abimbola Oyeyemi, says that detectives later arrested the suspect, who allegedly confessed to the crime, but claimed it was the handiwork of devil.

The state police commissioner, according to Oyeyemi, had directed the transfer of the suspect to the state criminal investigation and intelligence department for diligent investigations.
