Ogun State governorship candidate of ADC, Barrister Biyi Otegbeye, says himself and other candidates for the 2023 polls, are facing 24 cases filed by ADC opponents in courts.

He predicted that the 26 litigation were frivolous and were filed to distract ADC from its goal of winning the 2023 governorship poll.

Otegbeye, speaking at a dinner held in honour of the ADC national chairman,  Chief Ralph Nwosu, which he hosted in Abeokuta, on Sunday, predicted that all the suits will fail.

According to Otegbeye, the opposition initially did not take the ADC seriously, until a month ago, when they started seeing its large followership.

The candidate said since then, the ADC has been facing series of intimidation and threats, which according to him, has helped in strengthening the party in the state.

The ADC governorship candidate said the days of Abiodun administration was numbered in Ogun state.

The ADC national chairman predicted victory for Otegbeye in the Ogun state 2023 governorship poll, calling him a governor-in waiting.
