Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state and the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar have finally met after days of waging a cold war on the party’s presidential ticket.
They met at the residence of a member of the PDP Board of Trustees (BOT), Professor Jerry Gana on Thursday in Abuja.

The outcome of the meeting was not made public but sources say more meetings will still hold between them to reconcile their differences.
Last Wednesday, members of the PDP BOT met in Abuja and set up a committee to reconcile Atiku and Nyesom Wike ahead of the electioneering campaign of the party for the 2023 polls.
