Nigerian national petroleum corporation (NNPC) says it has not raised the ex-depot price of petrol at depots.
NNPC in a tweet on Sunday asked members of the public to ignore report that it has reviewed the ex-coastal, ex-depot and retail price of petrol.

The company said those peddling the report wanted to cause confusion and sabotage the ongoing efforts to stabilize supply of the products.
Meanwhile, manufacturers are battling to survive in the face of the rising prices of diesel.
