Nigeria’s Flying Eagles, Head Coach Invites 39 Players To The Camp

In preparation for the upcoming 2023 Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) under 20 World Cup in Argentina, head coach of Nigeria’s Flying Eagles, Isah Ladan Bosso has invited 39 players to the camp.

The Flying Eagles, who finished third at the Africa under20 Cup of Nations in Egypt last month, will join Senegal, the Gambia, and Tunisia to represent Africa at the upcoming World Cup.

Invited goalkeepers are Nathaniel Nwosu; Chijioke Aniagboso, Saheed Jimoh and John Otomblon.

The defenders are Augustine Njoku; Ezekiel Bala; Muhammad Abdulsalam; Solomon Agbalaka; Israel Domingo; Benjamin Frederick; Femi Abubakar; Daniel Bameyi; Wisdom Udoh and Akinwale Akanbi.

The invited midfielders include Caleb Uchedikwu; Ogbelu Onuche; Daniel Daga; Samson Lawal; Bilyaminu Musa; Hitler Eniye; Muhammad Aminu; John Joshua; Musa Usman and Ibrahim Abdullahi.

The strikers are Haliru Sarki; Kehinde Ibrahim; Shettima Abubakar; Jude Sunday; Obiaku Ifesinachi; Abdullahi Usman; Salem Fago; Godwin Ositgbami; Babangida Abubakar; Nurudeen Bala; Olaitan Fabode; Adams Olubi; Adamu Aliyu; Ibrahim Beji and Ayatollah Usman.

All invited players have been instructed to report at the Chida Hotel in Abuja on Sunday.
