NFF satisfied with Nigeria-Mexico friendly Match

President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, has expressed positivity with the performance of the Super Eagles in the friendly match against Mexico.

Nigeria lost the friendly match narrowly after a William Troost-Ekong own goal helped El Tri restore their lead barely three minutes after cyriel Dessers leveled for the Super Eagles.

The players however gave a spirited performance and despite their obvious fatigue and depletion of the squad.

Pinnick, impressed by the team spirit said. It was the first time after the disappointment of the world cup playoff.

He also says the Super Eagle was a makeshift team while Mexico had their full-strength squad.
