The super eagles do not have a coach at the moment after Austin Eguavoen stepped down from his position following his failure to help the super eagles pick a world cup ticket.

A rich list of foreign coaches has however been drawn by the NFF with former Barcelona and PSG coaches mentioned as some of the people the federation is considering.

The eagles are still seen as worthy adversaries by many in spite of their failure to make it to Qatar as the team possesses good players performing in top European leagues.
