Makinde Promises 13th Month Salaries To Oyo Civil Servants Before New Year
Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state has promised a 13th month salary for civil servants on the payroll of his administration.
The 13th month is to be paid on or before December 31.
Makinde announced this during the 2022 Christmas carol service held on Sunday night at the remembrance arcade within the government house complex at Agodi, Ibadan.

He said his administration intends to maintain the tradition of 13th month salary which he introduced on assuming office in 2015.
The governor also said the state now has two specialized universities and one conventional university with the recent upgrading of the Emmanuel Alayande College of education, Oyo.
