Makinde Okays Christmas Turkey Bonus For Oyo Pensioners

Governor Seyi Makinde has approved a N10,000 Christmas Turkey Bonus for every pensioners on the payroll of the Oyo State government.

Makinde also approved the payment of thirteenth month salaries to all civil servants on or before December 31.

The governor announced this in a statement issued by his chief press secretary, Taiwo Adisa in Ibadan on Friday.

Makinde said he approved the Christmas Turkey Bonus to enable civil servants who retired after meritorious service in the civil service, to have a good Yuletide.

The package, according to Adisa, was coming days after the payment of December salaries to all civil servants and pensioners in the state.
