A 26 year-old lady has been gang raped to death by unknown people in a hotel in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi state capital.
The lifeless body of Miss Ugochukwu Nwosu was found by police in a hotel room naked.
Her legs, hands and mouth were tied to the bed in the room.

Spokesperson to the state police command, Loveth Odeh, said investigators found more than 12 used condoms in the hotel room, indicating that she was gang raped.
According to her, a police team on routine check of hotels on arrival at the hotel demanded to know why its managers failed to account for one of the rooms.
When efforts to open the room failed, she said police had to request for spare key to open it and met the lifeless body of the woman.
She said the body had been deposited in a hospital morgue, while investigations are ongoing into the incident.
