Gunmen Collect N6m Ransom, Behead Abducted Imo Council Chairman
Gunmen suspected to be members of separatist forces, have beheaded Christopher Ohizu, the sole administrator of Ideato North Local Government in Imo State.
The gunmen beheaded him in a forest, after collecting N6 million ransom from the relatives of the sole administrator.
His hands were tied backward with a rope before he was beheaded.

He was kidnapped with two others last Friday from his country home which was set ablaze by the gunmen.
The gunmen shot him in the leg before taking him away.
The video of him surfaced on Sunday, showing he had been killed and beheaded by the gunmen.
Spokesman of the state police command, Henry Okoye confirmed the tragic incident.
