Fifty thousand non-graduates are to be trained by federal government for nine months

Federal executive council on Wednesday approved over 14 billion naira for the training programme for the fifty thousand non-graduates at its weekly meeting at the presidential villa, Abuja.

Humanitarian affairs, disaster management and social development minister, Sadiya Farouq, announced the programme after the meeting to the state house correspondents.

She said that the training program would be handled by four federal agencies.

At the end of the program, the minister said participants would be given starter packs.
