Federal High Court Set Up Task Force To Dispose Off All Pre-Election Cases
The Federal High Court has set up a special task force to clear all pre-election matters, ahead of the 2023 polls.
A team of judges designated to serve in the committee are to suspend all regular cases in their various courts to handle pending pre-election matters which are time bound.

The Chief Judge of the court, Justice John Tsoho, in a circular says the designated judges will have four weeks within which to disposed of all the pre-election matters.
Justice Tsoho explains that the special task force was set up, following the large volume of pre-election cases in various federal high courts nationwide.
