In the suit filed at a federal high court in Lagos, they are challenging the constitutionality of the NBC act and the broadcasting code to revoke licences.

Guild of editors and SERAP wants the court to determine if section ten, sub section ten of the third schedule of the NBC act died not violate the 199 constitution.
