Court Clears Tinubu Of Certificate Forgery
A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has dismissed a certificate forgery suit filed against the APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, to disqualify him from the 2023 presidential poll.
The Action Alliance Party which filed the suit, wanted the court to declare claims by Tinubu in the nomination form he filled, to contest for the 1999 governorship poll, as false.
The claims, according to the party, included attending the Government College, Ibadan and the University of Chicago and wanted Tinubu to be sent packing from the president race, for alleged certificate forgery.
