Alake Coronation Anniversary Takes Off On Thursday In Abeokuta
Activities have been lined up to mark the seventeenth coronation anniversary of the Alake of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo.
The activities will kick off on Thursday, with community health outreach to Iwokun Nla village near Obada Oko by the monarch.
On Friday, the third edition of the annual Alake Adedotun Gbadebo health initiative round table dialogue will hold at centenary hall, Ake, Abeokuta, followed by chieftaincy installations at the Adire hall at the Ake Palace.

The events will be rounded up on Saturday, with Catholic Thanksgiving Mass at Ake Palace Chapel, and a special Muslim prayer at the Ake Palace auditorium.
The same day, there will be a thanksgiving service (protestant) at the Ake Palace Chapel, and chieftaincy installations and special luncheon at the Adire hall and summer garden at the Ake Palace.
The last event on Saturday will be squash tournament in the evening, powered by the royalty club of Egbaland.
