Agboke Worried Over Uncollected PVC In Osun
Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says it is worried over the large number of uncollected permanent voter card (PVC) in Osun State, weeks to the 2023 polls. The uncollected PVC were put at 437,359. The State’s New Resident Electoral Commissioner, Doctor Mutiu Agboke, expressed concern at the Union Baptist Church, Osogbo, while sensitizing the electorate on the forthcoming polls.
According to Agboke, the uncollected PVC in the State are adequate to ensure the election of a candidate in a Governorship Poll.
He pleaded with members of the public to visit the nearest INEC Office and collect their PVC, assuring that their votes in the 2023 polls, would count.
Agboke said with the latest technology adopted by INEC, it would be very difficult for any Political Party to rig the 2023 polls.
