Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun state has visited the APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in Paris, the French capital.

The governor on his Twitter page said he visited Tinubu on Monday.

Tinubu had recently traveled to the French capital, amidst battle by APC chieftains for the ticket of the party’s presidential candidate’s running mate.

Governor Abiodun said he spent quality time with the APC candidate, discussing numerous political parties and national issues.

The visit is regarded in political circles as moves by the governor to reconcile with Tinubu, who accused him on the eve of the APC presidential primaries, of not acknowledging the role he played in his emergence as a governor.
