Abducted Ogun Businessman Escapes From Abductors In Imeko Forest

A businessman abducted by gunmen at Imeko in the Yewa axis of Ogun State has regained freedom from his abductors.

Family sources told Rockcity FM on Thursday, that Segun Oparinde managed to escape from his abductors in a forest.

Security sources told a Rockcity FM correspondent, Yemi Eniola, that he regained freedom on Thursday morning in a forest around Bode-Olude and Iwoye axis.

He was abducted on Tuesday night from his home by the gunmen who drove him away in his car.

Family sources told Rockcity FM that the businessman managed to escape when his abductors were fast asleep in the forest.

The gunmen, according to sources, were on their way to their camp in the forest when they decided to take a rest before falling asleep.

While the businessman was escaping, he was said to have ran into local vigilante in the forest searching for him.

The vigilante helped him out of the forest to his home.

But security sources later told Rockcity FM that he regained freedom on Thursday morning, following pressures mounted by security agencies on the kidnappers.
