A fresh motion 2019 Poll Presidential Candidate Asks Court To Stop Tinubu’s Inauguration
A fresh motion has been filed at a court of appeal, Abuja to stop the inauguration of president elect Bola Tinubu, on May 29.
The motion was filed by a 2019 presidential poll candidate of the hope democratic party, chief Ambrose Owuru.
Owuru in the motion on notice, claimed to have won the 2019 presidential poll, but is yet to resume since 2019.
The motion was backed with an eight paragraph affidavit deposed to by a lawyer, Adebayo Onfowode.

The court has not fix a date for hearing the application.
