3,700 Died In Road Crashes In Past Ten Months Nationwide – FRSC
3,700 persons have died in various auto crashes nationwide between last January and October, according to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
According to the agency, those who died were human beings, who are fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, as well as bread winners.
Acting Corps Marshall of FRSC, Dauda Biu, made this known in Abuja on Tuesday at a news briefing to mark the 2022 Africa Road Safety and world day remembrance for road traffic victims.
The Corps Marshall said those who died in the crashes lost their lives to the action and inaction of road users who refused to comply with traffic regulations.
