Avia Prague coach Jindrich Trpisovsky Suspects Igoh Ogbu Has suffered a tear in the adductor muscle in the groin, potentially ruling the central defender out for weeks.
Ogbu earned his first call-up to the super eagles for a pair of world cup qualifying matches against Rwanda and Zimbabwe but was not utilized off the bench by manager Eric Chelle.
The 25-year-old was not named in Slavia’s travelling squad for the league game against Fk Dukla Prague on Saturday.
