HND, Degree Certificates Dichotomy Bill scales second reading at House of Reps.
A bill seeking to abolish the dichotomy and discrimination between Bachelor’s Degree holders and Higher National Diploma (HND) Holders in Nigeria, has scaled second reading in the House of Representatives
Speaker of the House, Right Honourable Tajudeen Abbas during a debate on the bill at plenary held on Tuesday in Abuja, explained that the bill was seeking to replace HND with Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) So That graduates of Polytechnic would be able to compete favourably with other University graduates.
