A Non Governmental Organization, Oniroyin Support Initiative, will launch an Empowerment Programme In Support Of Families of deceased Journalists in Ogun State

The Programme will be launched On Thursday, February 27 At The Basic Trust International, beside Providus Bank; Oke Ilewo, Abeokuta By 12 Pm

Presiding Over The Programme is A Renowned Journalist, Richard Akinola, During Which Cheques and Grants Will Be Presented to select beneficiaries of families of deceased Journalists

Head of Ogun State Civil Service, Kehinde Onasanya, will give A Keynote Address, While Dignitaries Will Deliver Goodwill Messages, and Testimonials From Journalists And Families of The Late Journalists

The Royal Father of the Day Is Oba Abdulganiu Awokoya, The Onirete of Irete Ijebu Ode

The Convener of The Programme, Comrade Tunde Oladunjoye said It was designed to ensure that sacrifices made by the late Journalists in the State are not forgotten, and to assist their families in time of need
