Churches Now feels Economics bite – Archbishop Aladekungba

The archbishop of Ibadan diocese of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), William Aladekungba, has said the churches are feeling the pinch of the current economic hardships in the country
According to him, the economic hardships are preventing many Christians from giving offerings and meet other financial obligations in churches
He stated this while delivering the first distinguished alumni lecture of the department of religious studies at the University of Ibadan, over the weekend The bishop also said some Christians are no longer coming to churches due to the growing economic hardships, which according to him was inflicting unprecedented hardships on the people
