NPF to be accountable for the 3,907 missing firearms – Senate

Senate Committee on Public account has asked the Police Force to account for the 3,907 firearms allegedly missing from the State Police commands Nationwide

The Committee made the demand during its review of the Report of the Auditor General of the federation on the Police Force

The lawmakers said they were shocked that the force department of research and planning whose task was to monitor the police armoury failed to detect the missing firearms
