2023: Abiodun Warns Ogun APC Members Against Do-Or-Die

Governor Dapo Abiodun OF Ogun state has cautioned members of the state APC against seeing the 2023 polls as a matter of do-or-die.

The state APC, according to the governor, would follow the party’s constitution to the letter, in selecting members who would represent it at all levels of the polls.

Abiodun spoke while addressing the state APC stakeholders during a Ramadan iftar programme for APC members from the state’s three senatorial districts at the presidential lodge, Ibara, Abeokuta.

He assures that his administration would ensure that state APC primary elections are free and fair.

The governor says that his administration has implemented workable policies and programmes to ensure the steady growth of the APC and to attract members from the opposition parties.

A national leader of the APC, Aremo Olusegun Oshoba, urged APC members to avoid the use of foul languages during the 2023 polls’ electioneering campaigns.

He commends the governor for his sterling leadership, which according to him is facilitating the expansion of the party in the state.
