Two persons have been arrested in the Ogijo axis of Ogun State, over the alleged gang raping of an 18-year old girl.
An unspecified number of people have forcefully had carnal knowledge of the girl but the police could arrest only two of the suspects.
The arrested suspects, according to the police are Emmanuel Thompson and Joshua Godwin.
The girl, on Tuesday boarded a commercial motorcycle at 8 am from MRI company to Ogijo, Ogun State.

According to the girl, the okada rider who carried a male passenger suddenly diverted to another route, threatening to kill her if she shouts.
Spokesman of the state police command, Abimbola Oyeyemi said the girl was dragged into a room where the two suspects and two others took turns to sexually assault her.
Detectives from Ogijo police divisional headquarters, after the girl reported the incident, managed to arrest two of the suspects while others escaped.
The state police commissioner, Lanre Bankole has ordered a manhunt for the remaining suspects and the transfer of the arrested suspects to the command headquarters.
