12 Burnt To Death In Explosion From Bus Load Of Stolen Crude Oil In Rivers
At least, 12 persons have been burnt to death in an explosion of a bus loaded with stolen crude at a crude oil tipping point in River State.
Police said five vehicles and four tricycles were also burnt to ashes in the tragic incident which occurred in the early hours of Friday at Rumukpe Community in Emokou Local Government Area.

The explosion occurred after a bus loaded with crude oil siphoned from the trans Niger Delta pipeline was about to head to an illegal refinery.
Witnesses said the sparking of the battery of the bus caused fire which triggered the explosion.
Spokesman of the state police command, Iringe Koko confirmed the tragic incident.
